Our batches may be(e) small, and our turnaround time is buzzing. We typically turn around orders within 24-72 hours. If the product is not available, a fresh batch will be curated just for you! The average US ship times are 3-7 business days. All of the orders over $75 (not including taxes) within North America will receive free shipping!

International shipments may be subject to inspections by an official customs officer in the country of arrival. PhilanthroBee®️ is not responsible for orders that are damaged by customs, held up at customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process. PhilanthroBee®️ is not responsible for paying any fees that are charged by customs for your order. The customer is responsible to pay any fees/rates that customs charges to process your order.
PhilanthroBee®️ will not be responsible for refunding or reshipping your order if you refuse to accept your package due to high customs rates/fees, and your package will be abandoned at customs. If you would like to request a refund on your order, you will be required to pay the full amount of the customs fees to ship the package back to us.CUSTOMS REFUSAL
