TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
When your product ships, you should receive and email that will references your tracking information. If you ordered, and you have not received a tracking number, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll get your order arranged.

DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
If your order is over $75 and you are shipping it within North America, your shipping is FREE.

Your order will be shipping from our San Jose, California Office.
US & CANADA SHIP RATES AND SHIP TIMES:
Our batches may be(e) small, and our turnaround time is buzzing. We typically turn around orders within 24-72 hours. If the product is not available, a fresh batch will be curated just for you! The average US ship times are 3-7 business days. All of the orders over $75 (not including taxes) within North America will receive free shipping!

Yes, we do ship internationally! If you have difficulties ordering the product online, feel free to reach out and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you complete your order.
CUSTOMS RATES + FEES
International shipments may be subject to inspections by an official customs officer in the country of arrival. PhilanthroBee®️ is not responsible for orders that are damaged by customs, held up at customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process. PhilanthroBee®️ is not responsible for paying any fees that are charged by customs for your order. The customer is responsible to pay any fees/rates that customs charges to process your order.
PhilanthroBee®️ will not be responsible for refunding or reshipping your order if you refuse to accept your package due to high customs rates/fees, and your package will be abandoned at customs. If you would like to request a refund on your order, you will be required to pay the full amount of the customs fees to ship the package back to us.
PhilanthroBee®️ will not be held responsible for reshipping product/orders that are refused at the customs warehouse. If customs refuse a package and send it back to
PhilanthroBee®️, we can issue a refund for the order, and only if the contents of the package are in resale condition upon receipt in our warehouse.
If the package is not returned to
PhilanthroBee®️ by customs, or ends up getting lost in transit, your refund will not be issued.
PhilanthroBee®️ will not be responsible for paying for the return of the package, nor are we accountable for compensating the customer for those return fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products, PhilanthroBee does not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com at any time if you are unhappy with your order.
We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis (i.e., if a product arrives damaged or is defective). In order to apply for a refund, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
